Ukraine named the Offshoring Destination of the year

The Global Sourcing Association named Ukraine the Offshoring Destination of the Year at GSA UK AWARDS.

The criteria of qualification of the IT developers, the competitiveness of pricing, the IT infrastructure are taken into consideration, among many others, to award the distinction.

According to the research by PwC, Ukraine’s IT industry ranks 3 by the share of national GDP and currently stand at $2.5 bln. It is expected that by 2020 the industry will grow to $10 bln. and the share in the national GDP will increase to 5.7%

In 2016 GSA UK Awards awarded the best offshoring destination to Egypt, and in 2015 it went to Bulgaria.
